How I know her: We were set up by my awesome friend and her cousin, Hawaiian Haystack! You can't tell from their pictures that they're related, can you? ;-)
Virginia and I went on a relaxed date later in the evening than normal, due to my rehearsal schedule and her class. So I took her to Coney's for frozen custard (Utah Citysearch voted it the #1 Ice Cream place in 2005). It was very good ice cream. We sat down to eat and talked the whole time. It was really fun getting to know her!
Best Quality: Virginia is constantly smiling. I honestly don't know how she does it without getting tired!
Highlight of Date: We totally played the "do you know" game and found someone we both know (she grew up back east, so it was awesome that we knew someone in common). We shared some rather funny stories about the person we both know.
What I Admired: She speaks very highly of her family and extended family. She obviously sees the good things and ignores the bad.
The word I'd use to describe the date is: cheerful
