YOUR VOTE COUNTS!

As a reminder...our readers will vote on who each of us should take on a second date! This date will be a group date with all three participants in this contest. The winner (or the person with the most dates), will receive a free date, paid for by the other two contestants.

Your chance to participate will take place THIS WEEK! Voting will be open ONLY Monday, 01 February until Friday, 05 February. He or she who receives the most votes will be announced once final plans are in place.

Although it may seem that you can vote more than once on any given computer, only the first vote actually counts (trust us, we've tried it out).

Our final blog posts will be written about our second dates. Thanks for your support in our friendly dating competition! We have really enjoyed this opportunity to get a jump start on our personal goals.

Happy Voting!

Jon - Date #15: Nancy Drew

Name*: Nancy Drew
How I know her: She's in my ward.

Tonight Nancy Drew and I went to a musical murder mystery dinner theater at Hires Big H in West Jordan (it's going on for a month, so you can still do it if you want). It was a double date with Shayla, and I have to give Shayla's date (Scenic) the credit for this idea. We sat down, ordered food, and watched the show. But just as our food arrived, we were brought up on stage and asked to be backup disco dancers to the actors. Quite fun and hilarious. At the end of the show, we were able to ask the actors questions to determine who the murderer was. Nancy Drew and I were some of the only people who figured it out. We filled out our solutions and turned them in, only to realize we hadn't put our names on them. Good thing we told Shayla and Scenic what the answer was (Shayla won a prize).

After dinner we went to Scenic's house to play games and watch an episode of The Office. This was an incredibly fun date! Thanks for being such a good time Nancy!

Best Quality: I'm really a huge fan of Nancy Drew's sense of humor. We tend to think the same things are funny.
Highlight of Date: "The rhythm made me do it"
What I Admired: While we were in the car we turned up the music and sang really loud to one of my favorite songs. She knew all the words.

The word I'd use to describe the date is: fabulous

*Names are different than normal.

The couple look quite exciting and i feel warm after looking at them as it reminds me of my ex girlfriend RIZA. She was very nice and caring but still i left her.
