As a reminder...our readers will vote on who each of us should take on a second date! This date will be a group date with all three participants in this contest. The winner (or the person with the most dates), will receive a free date, paid for by the other two contestants.

Your chance to participate will take place THIS WEEK! Voting will be open ONLY Monday, 01 February until Friday, 05 February. He or she who receives the most votes will be announced once final plans are in place.

Although it may seem that you can vote more than once on any given computer, only the first vote actually counts (trust us, we've tried it out).

Jon - Date #9: Tykweysia

Name*: Tykweysia
How I know her: We have a common friend: Hawaiian Haystack!

Tykweysia and I started our date with some pizza. After we filled our bellies up, we went straight to a local trampoline place to jump all over! Seriously, I'm surprised we didn't get sick.

We bounced all over the place, including off of the walls. It was really fun to act like a kid (I do this often) and make the best of a new playground. We adopted a stuffed fish, tried shooting at incredibly high basketball hoops, and continuously bounced on our backs. We both got tired way early, though. I guess that's one of the advantages of being a kid.

Best Quality: Tykweysia is genuinely interested in people (well, at least me--but I'm pretty sure it applies to almost everyone she meets).
Highlight of Date: It might have been making ninja poses midair. We just goofed off almost the whole date. It was way fun!
What I Admired: She talked me into trying the bungee trampoline, which I would have regretted not doing.

The word I'd use to describe the date is: exuberant
Random Trivia: two of Tykweysia's brothers-in-law used to work at my company.

ERIC (Age range: 18-28. He is 24 .)

SHAYLA (Age range: 24-35. She is 28.)

When people advise single men to marry above themselves, they're talking about girls like Shayla. She's a perfect example of how to live your life, and inspires others to be better people. In her busy schedule, she can balance a successful career in microbiology, a faithful (and strenuous) workout regime, and an incredible social life. Shayla is adventurous (loves travelling and trying new things) and is an incredibly amazing cook. She gives amazing hugs, has a level head and is extremely intelligent. You'll regret not taking her out!
